Some people enjoy the intensity of a gym session. Others love the open air. That’s fine – I’ll create a training programme based on the things you respond to best. If you don’t fancy the gym one day, we can put on our trainers and head for the tennis court. Or use a park bench for some al fresco tricep dips.

My philosophy is simple. If it gets your heart rate up and you are having fun, then you are doing it right.

Meet your new personal trainer

I’m Kate. We’re going to be spending some quality training time together, so here’s a little about me. I am a health and fitness fanatic, qualified PT and nutritional advisor, based between Bristol and Bath, but you won’t find me chained to a gym every day. I like to incorporate all styles of training into my life from running in the fresh air, playing football every week and even the occasional boxing class! I find my motivation in having fun whilst staying fit and healthy.

I’m a passionate believer that we can all make exercise part of our daily lives. And when we do, we feel the difference every waking moment (we even sleep better!).

So whether you’re a mum with young children, an overworked salary slave or just want to make a start on a leaner, fitter you, I’ll make the most of your time and location.
