I am a firm believer in eating everything in moderation, however we all need a nudge in the right direction sometimes. That is where I step in. I can assess your current eating habits and work out a nutritional goal to work towards with you. In order to be successful with your nutrition, it is important that it fits your lifestyle and preferences. Its all well and good saying you need to eat chicken and rice every 3 hours, but that is neither sustainable nor enjoyable.
I am here to show you that healthy eating can not only be nutritious but also taste amazing.
