Sessions last one hour and I’ll be there to help you push for those goals you’ve always been dreaming of, whether it’s a faster half-marathon time or a smaller waistline.
What do sessions consist of?
Each session will vary immensely from client to client. Your workout may be outdoors using the things around us like park benches for exercise or it may be in your garage and more padwork based. I have an extensive range of equipment at my disposal and can guarantee you will never be bored.
