Pregnancy and post birth, the pre and post natal period, is a time of extreme change within our bodies. It is hugely beneficial to keep your body moving and strong for not only birth, but navigating life with an ever growing child. Research has shown that continuing to stay strong in which ever way possible has a positive impact on your birth and recovery after having a baby.

My main job is to enable to you to train in the most safe and effective way throughout your pregnancy and beyond. I trained with the industries leading professionals of Women’s health and pride myself on being able to help you navigate your changing shape with compassion, clarity and knowledge.

Pregnancy doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy training or have to put up with aches and pains some people believe is a natural part of pregnancy. I will build a programme that is led by you through your pre and post natal journey evolving with you along the way. Focussing on pelvic health, core strength and moving correctly we also want to build the foundation that allows you to keep up with the hectic life that children bring.
