I offer a free half-hour consultation to assess your goals and how I can help you to achieve them.
It is really important that we get on and that working together is a mutual decision, the consultation can really help you make the decision on whether I am the personal trainer for you. This really is the start of your journey.
It will enable me to create a plan, tailored around you, allowing us to work towards your specific goals and the timeframe we have agreed to achieve them.
Together we will continually review these objectives to ensure you remain motivated and focused on the challenge ahead, working as a team to reach your target.
Personal Training sessions start at £35 per hour depending on the plan chosen.
In order to provide the highest possible service, I offer payment via secure monthly direct debit. This is the most cost effective option and easy for you to set up, please contact me for more information on pricing and payment methods available.
All sessions are 60 minutes long and based on 3 miles from Brislington, Bristol – Outside of this area or for gym specific sessions, Kate Flynn Fitness reserves the right to charge an additional surcharge.
